My reactions…

Kelly and Maddox really impressed me tonight. They could be quiet the duo.

We’re as athletic as a team as I can remember having at Mason with good depth.

We need to really cut down on the careless turnovers. Hopefully the team continues to come together with more game minutes.

Too early to make any judgments. Obviously they can’t play this sloppy and expect a quality season. It seems as if the team has plenty of talent. I don’t really see any glaring weak links.

My impressions:
***Thank you Tony and staff for wearing suits.
***Love the George Mason on the front of the jerseys.
***Good balanced scoring.
***We have several shooters this year.
***Long and athletic.
***Tony's first win!!!
***King Rice ditched the top-hat flat top.
***Seems like Rice went out of his way to say a few extra words to Tony. Good for him.
***Way too many turnovers. Just laziness and not concentrating. Tighten it up guys.
***Still figuring things out, work to do. As somebody said in the comments, it's a good thing Monmouth isn't very good.
***I like our quickness on perimeter defense, and our ability to bury a few shots in a hurry.

Really? I wasn’t impressed tonight but I think first game jitters affected him especially in the first half.
