Chris Mooney too will be getting a blank check after his teams performance. ElITE coach
Richmond played really, really well the last 4 games. Benefits of having a veteran team to be able to rally from behind and perform at a high level in the clutch. Hard to root against them after this past week's performance.

Florida has some players that intrigue me.

Tyree Appleby is their starting PG. Began his career with Felton at Cleveland State.

Elijah Kennedy is a SG from Virginia Beach.

Duruji as well. From Germantown.

Really wish we would've landed Ques Glover last year from them too. Could've been the missing PG piece we so desperately needed.

Wow, two posts about me back to back… obsessed much? Lol.

Not scared of middle fingers, just don’t think it makes you tough like you think it does. Kind of like you on twitter and message boards - fake tough. Like all the sh!t you talk about our players, would you say some of the stuff you post about Hartwell to his face? Of course you wouldn’t. You are fake tough.

Media forgetting is one thing, but when athletic directors and university presidents sit down and do a deep dive into candidates and they put the microscope on Kim and his past year, it’s going to come up… and it’s not a + , it’s a - (which was all my original point was saying).

Never said our recruiting would tank, never said it would stop KE from getting a job. You like to make up sh!t like this and use it for your arguments, but it’s simply not true.

Not a real shocker Gunnie, he's been obsessed with me for a few years. He is a friggin bartender, still sweating Angel Cabrera's nuts. Fake tough, fake everything. He's a weasel. Ignore him.

I'm guessing Appleby is available for the free covid year which would be perfect.

"OUT -- Cuonzo Martin
The Tigers' fan base is aching for consistency and national relevance, and it just never came under Martin, who arrived in 2017. The Tigers went 12-21 (5-13 SEC) this season; Martin leaves with a 78-77 record in five seasons. Sources told CBS Sports that Missouri began informally gauging interest of a few potential candidates as far back as late January. Some initial names that could be involved include Murray State's Matt McMahon, George Mason's Kim English, Baylor assistant Jerome Tang, San Francisco's Todd Golden and North Texas coach Grant McCasland."

He is basically saying Kim isn't leaving and its about to get turnt the F up in Fairfax with not, Dawgs, but pit bulls.
I don’t think KE is going anywhere, Im just interested in who we are going to bring in that’s better than a starting SEC point guard with 1500+ career points.

We can't control any of it, so no use spending energy until something happens.

And if it does, focus on pressing BE to not half a** his 3rd hire since we will be screwed in the timing.

This is the type of guy I think Kim can land:

Tristen Newton, 6-5 soph at ECU, 17.7 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 5 apg, 43% FG, 33% on 3s, 88% FTs.

ECU just fired Joe Dooley too, so wouldn’t be surprised to see Newton in the portal. He should have plenty of suitors if so.

Ok now I get what your saying. Don’t look for a guy as good as XJ stat wise, look for a guy who is going to be top 5 in the league and really make the difference with Mason on the court.

Guess we’ll have to see what happens.

After three years? Is there more to this than not winning enough games?

Letting UMass score 99 against him in the 7-10 game?

They were a 14 seed bad going into conference play, though, and finished 7th so a little surprised they didn't give him another year. There was plenty of talent on that roster.

I now think there is at least a 25% chance Mizzou will offer the job to CKE. I think that because Mizzou's top candidates will likely choose other schools over Mizzou.

"George Mason’s Kim English will get a look. The 33-year-old former Tigers player didn’t have a great debut season as a head coach at 14-16 — George Mason’s winning percentage was its worst in six years — but his candidacy is all about upside and recruiting. English’s fingerprints are all over the Tennessee roster that just won its first SEC tournament since 1979 plus last year’s NBA draft class that included two Vols in the first 28 picks. A coach’s ability to capitalize on the name, image and likeness looms large over this job and English is the one potential candidate who has the established cache to connect with the most influential dealmakers in the local market. Several are already on board, multiple sources say."
