Ahmad Gilbert might actually stay. Lamar Butler is upset with the firing but is trying to convince Ahmad Gilbert to honor his committment and stick with Mason.

......Mason still has one scholarship offer left right? If so, get a damn point guard (a true PG) and this roster might actually go somewhere.

I know it's a stop gap for one year, but there has to be a point guard out there who has a year of eligibility left.

i agree he is one of mason's greats... But his achievements doesnt mean he can't be wrong on thinking Hewitt was the answer to the program and that everyone who doesn't agree is foul for not seeing his reasoning...

It will be interesting to see how Hewitt himself advises players, whether to stay or not.

I hope most will stay.

We just need a solid PG. And to teach Shevon to pass out of a double team. Holloway could be an assassin if he could take more set shots. But who knows, some way the team is dumb, so maybe they should be forced out.

I won't lose a minute of sleep if someone like Holloway leaves, but I hope he stays.

I would run most of the offense around him when he came in as a 6th man.

4 years ago Mike Mo and Ryan apparently became the team leaders, keeping everyone (except Luke and Whack) together and keeping spirits high. Who on the roster does that this year? Marko I'd say is the closest thing we'd have to a leader who might try and step up. I guess we'll see.
