Marko is Back!

I feel badly for Marko because it's evident that he & Hewitt aren't on the same page. In one game this season when FT's were being shot, Corey grabbed Marko by his jersey and pulled him away from Hewitt while they were apparently in a fruitless discussion by the bench.

I think Marko is going to end up being the guy that adapts to this coaching staff quicker than any of the returning players. I know a lot of you are excited about Jenkins...but I think this is Marko's year. A passing big man that can hit a 15 footer? yup

I hope Marko crushes it simply because I think he was too talented for the likes of PH and his garbage coaching, but Marko stayed loyal. Marko deserves a great coach who can get him back in a pro league

Jalen isn't the only one that added muscle in the offseason. Marko has as well.

The coach going to the students and talking to them and drumming up excitement? Sounds like another coach we used to have...

Last season, Shevon Thompson and Marko Gujanicic averaged 30.2 minutes per game and 11.3 mpg, respectively. After 8 games this season, Marko and Shevon are averaging 26.8 and 23.5 mpg, respectively.

After 8 games, did anyone expect Marko to be getting the most PT for Mason's frontcourt players?

I had a feeling Marko would get additional minutes because I think his skill set fits what Paulsen wants the team to do.

No, but that's because I expected Jenkins to be a much more effective player this year than he has been thus far. I think he's got the distinction of being bested suited to playing at the 5, but really wants to be a stretch 4.
