I wonder if anyone else remembers a strange incident involving Wright State's head coach Billy Donlon at the Patriot Center several years ago. Donlon was an assistant under Brad Brownell, whose Seahawks had just lost decisively to the Patriots. Just before the buzzer, I believe that it was Tony Skinn who attempted a 3-pt. FG.

After Larranaga & Brownell shook hands, an angry Donlon accosted Larranaga. I'll never forget the look of shock on Larranaga's face. If I remember correctly, Brownell just stood there and allowed his assistant to rant (which I assume was about the shot before the buzzer) and Jay Marsh had to rush onto the court & push Donlon towards the visitor's locker room.

rpiforecast/sagarin has Wright St by 9.7 pts (which is down a couple from the previous spread prior to our game against Iona. That site now predicts that we'll win 6 games in conference and 9 total (not counting Catawba).
