International students aren’t allowed to attend summer school as their first semester which is why he’s not at campus yet (I believe). This is separate from his eligibility issue.

What eligibility issue?

Does anyone know if Daddy is actually eligible or is he sitting a year? I don’t think it effects us either way. I’d honestly rather give him a year in our “system” before running him out on the court.

Fat and raw, DP making moves!

I wouldn't call 237 fat for someone who is listed at 6'9, just surprising since he was basically a bean pole in high school (added something like 50 pounds onto his frame since the start of his senior year in high school, that's impressive). It will be interesting to see him after the summer.

Also hoping that if Daddy doesn't play next year, it's because he's red-shirting, not because he's being ruled ineligible.

unless you are hurt, or not D1 caliber, red shirting is a waste. Get em out there playing! Even 5 minutes a game helps a huge amount.

think about how many more games we would've won with Jordan Miller on the roster for an entire season. I would say we would've beaten AU, Penn, Georgia Southern, and possibly Vermont with him in the lineup, and potentially Kansas State.

Maybe. Or maybe Miller would't have had the same impact w/out the time to transition and prepare. Impossible to say since none of us saw him in daily practices.

It is unfortunate it didn't work out w/Gayer. Would've like to have seen that athletic lengthy back court of Miller, Grayer, and Kier playing together.

This is an incredibly stupid statement. Programs, including the current national champs red shirt kids all the time. Deandre Hunter took a red shirt year for development......and was the #4 overall pick in the NBA draft 3 years later.
