Remember, he was recruited as the 10th or 11th player off the bench. He was pressed into the starting rotation because O'Connor, Hill and Troutman were all injured at the beginning of the season. His first four games as a started...he shot 63.6 percent (14-22) from the field. As players came back, his scoring role was reduced even more and didn't get as many shot attempts...he scored 17 points against cornell.
He went through stretched where he only averagws 1 shot per game...
He knows the system now... At minimum he is a glue guy off the bench. He would not have stayed if the coaching staff wasnt going to give him a opportunity for a larger role.. they would have told him to transfer down to a lower conference.
