Gotta say TC looked relaxed. No tough questions though. Maybe Bill told him before the show that he wouldn't put him on the spot?
The question was something about making changes on the fly. Tony said he had to scap alot "especally when you have a guy like KH averging 18 and 9, trying to figure out how to replace that".
He didn't mention RP in same fashion, so in my opinion its going forward. Hall is done.

I’m confident in Tony as a coach and think he has a solid plan in place for our program.
At the same time disappointed in the actual record and what was another middling season overall with an early exit from the A10 tournament.
The narrative has to change on the court.
Who wouldn’t have confidence in Tony? He out recruited what English ever did, got 20 wins that English didn’t. With ironically the exception of Paulsen who couldn’t coach at all, he’s already out recruited every one in last 10 years and seems to have a plan. At least until someone comes along and throws massive bags of cash….
Another piece of information to consider, this is the first time Mason has finished the season in both the top 100 NET (85) and Kenpom (95) ratings since we joined the A10 (which is essentially the lifetime of NET).
Excellent achievements and really nice to see.
Now that top 100 NET should invite Mason to have better scheduling opportunities and less games against the blind and deaf sisters @tblack33
A few glaring weaknesses that must be addressed this off season.
NCAA Ranks:
We were 252nd in defending the 3.
We were 232nd in 3's per game and 171st in 3 point percentage.
We were 273rd in TO to assist ratio.
Get a lot better in those areas we'll win more games.

The two I listed in bold most likely get better with 1) continued point guard play that is solid and 2) shooters that actually make open shots.
Its hard to get assists when you can't make 3s consistently.
We definitely need to find a way to defend the 3 better though. A team like St Joes stretched us out, rotated the ball a lot and had guys hitting 3s all game. Not everyone plays like that, but you need to be able to adjust to their style and everyone else's style in the A10.
Helps a lot to be able to answer 3s consistently as well, but it'll start with defense. I'd be willing to sacrifice some of that elite inside-the-arc defense to close out a little better. I'd rather be top 100 in defense overall then top 10 in one category and a bottom feeder in another.
