Best of luck to Trey wherever he ends up. Im a fan of his but he's got a long way to go. If he stays "local" i could see him at a school like ODU or JMU. those might be good fits for him.

When you are fighting cancer, sometimes a few good cells die. I wish Trey nothing but the best. This is another opportunity for Paulsen to get one of his guys in here as we continue our goal of full remission.

Good comparison, Tom.

Edwards performed the initial surgery when he excised the tumor from our program, but we are still in line for a couple years of follow-up treatments before we can truly be on the road to recovery.

Damn, I really liked Trey. This is actually really bad. Now we're extremely thin at the post with only Shevon, Marko, Jalen, and Royal. If one player gets injured and is out for a few games and another is in foul trouble, we're f'ed. Plus Shevon, Marko and Royal all graduate next year which makes our 2016 recruiting period crucial to find some post replacements. There's a slim chance we can find a juco, unsigned recruit or post grad that can play right away but since its so late in the process, in not feeling confident about that. I'm really interested what we plan to do with the 3 schollies to fill for this year. Hopefully it will only be 2 left if Gilbert Re-Signs.

This is all true...but I'd rather be thin in the front court over thin in the back court. We've offered a ton of kids in the last 2 weeks, a couple of 2015's so we shall see what the roster looks like next season.

Best of luck to Trey! I'll miss his shot blocking & mid-range jumper. I have no clue on why he's leaving. But, he's majoring in kinesiology, so I'm guessing that he will transfer to a school that offers a graduate program in this field.

Ah, the study of human movement. Hardly situational irony I suppose, that his major choice resulted in him spurning inertia and opting to transfer to another institution.

I know all of you except Pablo will have to use a dictionary to decipher what I just said, but if you paid attention to the Roster Tracking thread, you would know that Jam Master Jollay gave you this transfer information last week.

I know all, I sense all...I do not require sources. Blockstar and P8 live their lives only with my express consent.

Also, fairly good chance there will be one more defection. So says Jollay.

Agreed Dawgs. I'd rather have a better back court. Perfect example would be Dayton. They were able to compete without a player over 6' 6''.

We just really need to get back to a balanced team. Last year we were front court dominant. Year before that we were back court dominant.

"Scolie, scholie, we needs some pluggin'!
A guy on campus, not feelin' the lovin'!

Now this guy I knew so well
Above the rim is where he dwelled
In came Paulsen and busted that cherry
True and blue just like a blueberry"

So, do we get a poem for the next one?

Sorry to see Trey go. I wish him the best and hope he finds a similar home like Vlad did at AU. Hopefully he will fill out and reach his potential. He seemed like a good kid and worked hard while he was on the court.

Well I had taken account of CJ Jackson taking one of those. But I guess technically you're right since I don't think he signed his LOI.

Yes and can we truly count Mayimba in the freshmen class this upcoming year. We could have 5 scholarships to give.

I didn't say that he did. But, rather, a total of 5 years of full scholarship from Mason and the next school.

That all depends on if he graduates in 4 years anyway. And as anyone knows who has transferred not all your credits transfer to your new school.
