Mason missing two golden chances to score in the first half: Mulgrew one-on-one on goal misses wide, Hoffman with a chance to pass it back across an open net with a Mason player waiting and decides instead to shoot at a bad angle.

No tourney this year, St. Louis (at large) and Fordham (conf. tourney champion) got in: http://www.ncaa.com/interactive-bracket/soccer-men/d1

I knew once we lost to URI that was it (a few too many dropped points and missed opportunities -- both @Dayton and @Navy with missed PKs that would have turned the game). If the tournament was expanded to 64 like the women's tournament was, I'm sure they'd be in it. At least we beat St. Louis this year who is top 10 in the nation.

Still, a team populated with underclassman, they should be really good next season.

It's a shame Mulgrew didn't get to dance considering the year he had, but the program is looking solid under Andrulis
