It would also be an easier commute for many of their fans who perform as clowns.
To win this game we need 4 things to go our way. One, play solid Defense, we need to play our best D of the season in both halfs. Two, need to attack the rim on offense, vcu is athletic but prone to foul trouble attack attack attack. Three, win the turnover battle and finally we need to win the crowd. The crowd needs to be pro Mason and the team needs to hear us so lets get your neighbors,family, and friends out to the game. Lets go Mason.....

For those of you being polite about the vcu fans, I invite you to come sit in the lower bowl of section 102.
The lower bowl of 103 is where the vcu fans sit (don't ask me why we give them seats that low) and they b***h and moan about every play, yell vile stuff all game, and think its OK to stand in the portal and scream crap rather than sit and do it.
I love going to Mason games, but having to endure them, AND watch us lose every time, is killing me.

Yeah, the last games I went to at EBA, they cleaned our clocks. SO want to turn this thing around and make it a real rivalry.
Section 124 is general admission? So are they going to try to get hyped fans down low? How are these reserved?
124 is the student section closest to where Mason's team comes onto the court.

I have yet to meet a polite, respectful, intelligent vcu fan. Loud, smelly, obnoxious? Yep, met them by the hundreds. I'd be willing to bet many of their "fans" didn't actually go to vcu or even graduate from high school. There's just nothing else to do in that area of Richmond. Smoke crack or go to the game? Not much of a choice.
Why don’t they have ice at the Siegel Center?

I'm very intrigued by this game. In a matchup that has been defined by defense the last two season, it's the offenses that have been the focal point for much of the year for both teams. In fact, vcu's defense has analytically been worse than mason's over the last month. Not something either team is used to over the last couple years.
"Obnoxious" is code for "more intelligent and quick witted"....None of us should say we are sorry for receiving a superior education and using it to its fullest degree.

dont forget that we aren't their rival, they have a silly nickname for us and one of them called me a buttmunch (although that was funny)
Also I saw that one of them was making fun of me for saying that 4800 average for ODU and JMU games was "sad". Considering how we draw and what our capacity is for basketball (about 7500), I didn't think that was too bad. But hey, not everyone draws like them. I'm just wondering when the SEC invite is coming for their program.
