Steve Curran is now following 6'8 power forward Elyjah Freeman

"Lincoln Memorial’s Elyjah Freeman is entering the transfer portal per multiple reports

The 6'8 D2 freshman averaged 18.9 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game this season while shooting 58/45/80 splits

Has an NBA frame, twitchy, explosive, can handle it… very versatile".

He’s a no brainer HM prospect

Steve Curran also now following All-OVC 1st Team guard Jaylon Johnson. Dude is a bucket. He hit 9 3's beyond 25 ft this year so he has deep range.

He's helluva alot better than Billups offensively...think a much bigger version of Marquise Moore at 6'4 220.

I don't say this lighty either..(see for yourself)

He has the potential to take over games as he matures.
Before we get too excited, Billups shot 78% on foul shots, 46% on 2's, 29% from 3. But at least he was smart enough to know his limits.
Lamothe's numbers: 76%, 46%, 28%, respectively.
Not saying he won't improve (certainly Moore did) and maybe you have to shoot a lot (despite those %s) on a team that went 7-25 on the year. But let's not get carried away.

A name to watch in the portal is UVA big man Blake Buchanan. Good size and athleticism, would be a really good big in the A10. He's originally from Idaho so not sure what his plan is but he would be a major upgrade from Gio.

The coaching staff is sending offers out to the 2026 high school class:

Does anyone know this process?

How many offers are sent out, when we expect to have a max of 3 incoming freshman with most of the free roster spots taken up by transfers?

"offers" are not a hard scholarship but includes a set of stipulations?

Vast majority of “offers” are just “Hey we’re interested and planning to stay in touch as we continue evaluating you.”

Some offers don’t even exist, kids just claim so and so school offered to get other coaches interested.

The only list of offers that matters is Tony’s because those are the players he’s willing to accept a commitment from. The rest is just for clicks, likes and attention.

Do Tony's offers include a hard scholarship contract?
