Attendance problem solved - we got Queens coming to EBA Nov 26th. Even w/o Freddie Mercury, we should be able to sell out with them.
I wonder if some folks will be confused and think that Queen is performing and not the Queens NC basketball team..

3rd time!?! "Non-contact related" he tore it.

Don't know how many people can come back from 3 times from this type of injury. Your body is trying to tell you something, wasn't strong enough to begin in the first place if this happened in non-contact type situation.

Most acl and Achilles tears come from non contact so I’m kind of confused by your comment

Didn't realize you are the authority on ACL tears.

Non-contact workout situation is what they reported.

Most, not all, happen in non-contact. Two of my friends tore theirs being tackled in football and one taking a slide tackle in Fairfax adult league soccer few years back.

I also said most. I still have no idea what you’re trying to say. Should he just quit playing basketball because all 3 of his acl injuries were non contact rather than Contact? Your friends ACLs snapped while being tackled? That’s really rare and nuts that it happened to two of them!

The way I interpreted his post: If it were contact related, that is not a reflection of the strength of his body to endure the activity. They weren't freak accidents where someone pushed him in an awkward direction. Since they were non-contact, it was all on his body, and since it has happened 3 times, maybe it is a sign that his ACL just isn't built to handle the stress of playing high level basketball and the work that goes along with that.

Crap parts to this schedule is the first 4 maybe 5 games are going to tell us real quick how we do in conference. The middle part of the schedule from St Joes to Lasalle is super easy we need to win every one of those games. Not a horrible away schedule other than @rhode island and @vcu in 5 days. screwed on home/away matchups but damn they did us some favors on the actual schedule IMO

I am glad you homesteaders get to see Chicago come to Fairfax but they should have had them stay in town and play Chicago in Chicago when they're in town for Tulane.

first glance I am going 10-3 OOC, 12-6 in conference for 22-9 overall which is probably still not good enough for an autobid due to weak SOS. will do some team by team research closer to the opening game
