You can't blame the search without blaming the BOD for giving him the money he's offering. What did you logically expect to get for that? This is a nice reality check for us who thought we were a desired school and had a lot to offer. Right now, we are back to being nothing. The new HC gets to try and build that up again.

I think we're in agreement on this. The more I read about him, the more I like what I hear.

Consistent winner at multiple levels (conf COY, NCAA, NIT, Div III Nat'l Champsionships), highly intelligent (cum laude w/honors, phi betta kappa), turned a program around, and players graduate.
