Have any of the assistant coaches come into the gold room this season for game planning insights? I've seen it mentioned a couple times where coaches from other Mason teams were in there, but haven't heard about the basketball coaches.

I've been in the gold room for most games and I can't remember anyone from CTS's staff coming in there this year. Lots of airtime for other GMU coaches, which is cool, but not quite the same as getting a scouting report and knowing which opposing team players to target with heckling.

Thanks for the insight! This is one of the defining features that would make me purchase gold room tickets in the future. The beer is nice, but this would make it worth the money for me.

I don't think so, but the game previews posted by PatriotSince81 for every game are good enough for me.

Should be close to 5k tickets with students and paid tickets. We’re around 4300 now.

We also really didn’t need to start the game shooting blanks from 3. If this is a game where we go like 1-15 or 2-14 from 3 this is a game we are going to lose.

Eba sounds terrific. The boys settled down after a rough start. No dumb turnovers and guard the hell outta Castro and Johnson. Need to continue the good effort defensively and not let gw dictate like they did early

Booker is playing his a** off on defense! That’s how you earn playing time. Every player needs to step it up on that end. The offense will take care of itself.
