No it does not. It is small inside.

Crowd was very sparse at Banditos prior to SLU game. Made me think the crowd might suck. Entered the arena and was pleasantly surprised.

The management seemed totally inept at being able to staff the restaurant. Service was terrible the handful of times I went there. It always seemed like they were stretched too thin. During the VT watch party they didn't even have half the restaurant open. The bartender had to come over to set tables and try to basically run the whole floor. She did a fine job, but you could tell she was frustrated. Similar story the day of the vcu game, same bartender running everything.

I'm hoping that we get a new restaurant that is family owned (I prefer supporting family owned over chains) and wants to establish strong ties with GMU. Oh George has totally failed in that regard. We'll never be able to duplicate Brion's but something along the same line would be great.

It seems like there's definitely a big opportunity for a new sports bar type concept at UMall. The new ownership of Velocity is ruining the place right when it seemed like they were turning the corner and attracting a lot more GMU basketball fan business. Strange choice.

I think the problems with the old Brion's/Bandito's space are that it might be too big a space and there's too little parking.

I would welcome Glory Days, but I agree with everything @Patriotsince81 said.
