Marvin has made strides in some areas that previous ADs havent, and he seems to be more forward thinking and adaptive to the current landscape. There's only so much he can do though (not saying he's perfect).
But the common denominator here is the school/Admin...
We were having this same conversation 10+ years ago, complaining about lack of modern facilities and getting left behind in that category. We're just now getting around to that (maybe?).
The NIL/roster funding is the new practice facility, and based on current info it sounds like our plan is to maybe get to a more competitive budget a few years from now. At that point...we'll probably be too late and behind again on whatever is coming next.
