He’s going to get 30+ easy. Sometimes y’all baffle me. In one breath we will say that Mason doesn’t get the respect it deserves in college basketball and then in the next we will say that our all-conference guys can’t contribute at a higher level. He’s a good player here, there, or anywhere. Mincy transferred up from Presbyterian and got more minutes here than he did there.

Mincy definitely a good player, 30+/game, don’t think so. It’ll be interesting to see how it works out for him.

I have confidence that Austin Ball is going grow as a player and help a team win. Same for Begg and a few others. I had zero confidence Ankle Amputee Hall would lead a team to the dance.

You are right for the vast majority of players, but there certainly are examples. AJ Wilson, Okojie, Grayer if there wasn’t a COVID year immediately come to mind. I’m sure I could put together a slightly bigger list with a little bit of effort.

It didn’t work out for Fernandez, Okojie and AJ Wilson at a Power 5.

To that pt, Justyn was hurt a good chunk of time as was Baraka. But yeah, didnt work so well. AJ did ok I think.

AJ scored 3 points a game in 12 minutes at South Carolina. Baraka did get hurt but he was never gonna get minutes, he got recruited over a week after signing at Memphis. Justyn did get hurt though and I think he would have done well at Providence.
