Will Malquin averaged 6.7 PPG

There are multiple players that averaged under 5 points per game.

Remember last year when we barely won our exhibition, and we thought "good, we shook off the rust let's go"....but it wasn't rust we were just not very good. If we don't play well and win convincingly...it's going to be a long year.

I get where you are coming from and I'll probably be paying a little more attention to the exhibition game than usual just because Paulsen's teams have started so slow out of the gate the last few years.

That said the exhibition game is still meaningless and there is no direct correlation on how the season will go, in my opinion. Mason lost to Randolph Macon in 2008, it meant nothing.

With the Nats going to 7 my ticket is available tonight as well. It's going to be so quiet/empty you are gonna be able to hear Paulsen's Mt. Dew farts on bench.

The Nats aren't even my favorite team, but I will be staying home to watch Game 7 to pull for the locals. I can always stream the Mason exhibition game on ESPN+.
