Dayton Season Preview

As you know I spread my love to all the A10 teams especially George Mason when I did an extremely favorable Tony Skinn podcast last year.

I thought you would like to see about your rival Dayton who is beatable.

Dayton didn't get into the discussion about actually contending for a A10 title or championship until transfer Keonte Jones chose Dayton over 33 schools including USC. This guy is the real deal. A scorer that seems impossible to stop from attacking the basket and he can rebound as well.

As far as the rest of the team they may possess the best point guard in the conference in Javon Bennett and one of the best bigs in 7-1 AMAËL L'ETANG.

They also have some other interesting parts from the portal and true freshman who will have to contribute if this team wants any sniff at a top 4 finish.

But breaking news their backup point guard Adam Nige does not appear to be eligible to play this season. This impacts the team because they don't have a viable backup point guard.

George Mason has 12 new players this season. Our one real returning contributor just went down with an injury. No one around here is interested in looking at a breakdown of any other team.
