Didn't see this one mentioned yet. It looks like the new staff connected with Witherspoon (recruited under CKE regime), had him in for a visit and offered him.

We were never going to get Justyn Fernandez, until we did. I am not ruling anyone out until we see how Tony is at recruiting true freshman. He managed to keep Ball which I think is going to end up being a steal.
Never hurts to start building the connections with kids who are going to be visiting next spring and summer. Never know who stays interested/doesn't pan out etc.
I suspect we'll get more visitors as the fall continues, and hopefully a full slew of them for whatever open practice we have in September or October like last year. It'll be interesting to see if we get any re-visits.

and with the transfer/grad transfer dynamics - some of those players may be looking again in 2-4 years

This staff is putting in serious work this season on getting to see some 2025 targets in-person. We had guys in 5 states last weekend, and now Curran is in Florida. Hoping all of this effort pays off and puts us in a great spot when the shoe circuits start up in April.
Anyone in the know on our recruiting know if we have any targets playing in either the Governor's Challenge in Salisbury, MD or the Slam Dunk to the Beach in Lewes, DE? When I need a break from family time I might check out some high school hoops over the next couple of days.
I have a running list of targets with some priorities that have been shared with me. It’s not a definitive list, but serves as a solid guide.
You have a couple of options on 12/29 at the Governor’s Challenge.
