On Paper, Yes. On the court.... all remains to be seen if they can put it altogether.

Agreed - on paper. The shooting, scoring, experience, etc. is all there with only caveat being a little small on the interior.

I trust Skinn and his staff, but only returning two players gives me pause.

I agree that only two returners isn't ideal, but those aren't always CTS's decisions. For those going into the portal at their own behest, CTS couldn't stop them. For those CTS sent to the portal because they were no longer in his plan, CTS didn't want anyway. So we have the team we have, with CTSs approval. I'll go to war with them.

There are a lot of wild cards on this current t roster and hard to predict because so many of them are transfers up rather than down but the roles seem well defined and however the starting 5 shakes out I’m pretty confident in 4 out of the 5 positions.

The big question mark is the center spot. I’m not super confident in Allensbach, Ellington. Sivka, or Kanga there but that doesn’t mean I’ll be right to worry.

Most excited to see what Adebayo does out of the 4 and if Mincy can be an all-A10 level PG.

If O’Connor winds up coming off the bench as the 6th man I’m calling it now we are winning the A10.

I have seen mentions in certain places regarding GW's stellar build for this upcoming season, but the details are scant (yes, I am not looking too hard, just want the jist behind the hype).

based on my LIMITED understanding
1) return of a solid core led by Castro
2) return, from injury, Johnson
3) transfer class with good previous numbers that translate well into Torviks Analytical Model - things like - Projected Effective Talent and Projected Effective Experience

IMO
there OOC schedule last season was in the bottom 5 of all D1 Bball
aspects of that have greatly improved

only 1 true road game vs Army

but will face good talent in 3 Tournaments including defending National Champ Florida and South Florida: McNeese State and Murray State in the Georgetown Tourney

ODU ad W&M are the best teams they will face at home

More than 3 OOC losses should indicate that they are not a Top 4 A-10 team
