They've already killed the tournament with the transfer portal and NIL. The mid-majors will never be in another Final Four when their best players get picked off every year by Power 4 teams.

I totally agree. Mid majors should be reprsented in the NIT tournament exclusively.
All the big boys, with the big bucks should continue in the NCAA tournament. Look at the final sweet sixteen currently, not one mid major made it. Couldnt help laugh at vcu getting crushed by the IIlinois team,
a bunch of 7 foot european pros.
