Looks like GMU is 7 if GW can pull off the win, 8 if not.

Based on the tiebreaker rules, I don't see why we're not 7 even if GW loses (hopefully they win and the point is moot). There would be a three way tie, which GW would win by virtue of being 2-1 against GMU and LaSalle. It then goes to the two team tiebreaker which we would have by virtue of beating lasalle head to head. Am I missing something?

Yeah, but GMU is 1-2, La Salle is 1-1, GW is 2-1 if you account foe head to head match ups between the 3. Like you said, hopefully GW wins.
