Where they are in their tenure: end of fourth year out of five, typical time to replace an under-performing college basketball coach
how they are doing in the conference: F
what we see on the court: Crap
what we see in the classroom: I assume mostly good, but there is the one rumored issue...
what we see in the community: He sucks at community outreach
Certainly wins and losses are important at a place like George Mason, and we have to decide whether we are heading in the right direction: Heading the opposite direction of where we want to be heading
If he truly follows this criteria, there is no way he can honestly bring him back next year.
