I've never been a Hewitt rah-rah guy, but I think our issues go beyond scheme. The people who just blame him so they can feel better are missing the bigger picture. Like GS said, we have too many players who just don't seem to care. Part of me is just resigned to the fact that he's here until a change is made, so the only temporary solution is for the players to play better.

Unfortunately, I'm feeling more and more like there's a bigger locker room issue and the players we have are simply not going to play better for this coach. It's 3 years of the same product. I even feel there's some major lack of discipline and training leading to the constant injuries on the team.

I do not think I'm the type that could give up on the team, but I'm coming the closest to losing interest that I ever have.
