Being more city/community based can be a plus. We have never branded in this way, so we shall see. Imo, we get turn out by beating big name schools, going to the dance, and scheduling some big name schools on a CONSISTENT basis.

Yea this...the new brand campaign can only do so much on it's own, pair it with a consistent tournament team and now we're talking.

FWIW we have a new person in charge of just student engagement who has been working very hard. I’ve connected with her a couple times, hoping we can up student attendance and engagement.

I think now that the main student section is next to the band it's going to be easier to get students to learn from them how to be engaged and perhaps even rowdy..
