This is definitely making me reconsider my seat location. It’s one thing to have an increase, it’s another to basically eliminate the gold room regardless of seat donation amounts, then charge $2500 for hospitality on top of that for only two passes.

It’s a massive increase or the same price for a lesser game experience.

Big mistake

I wonder if they can get someone to sponsor the "new" BeerGarden idea. First ask would be to 2 Silos since owned by a GMU Alum.

In case people didn't know.... 2 Silos Brewing is owned by a GMU alumni who was also in a fraternity here at Mason back in the 1990s.

Regardless....The AD should know this and should reach out separately to 2 Silos and ask to see if they can sponsor games or provide beers at the Bank. I think this may be the only regional brewery owner who is a Mason alumni.

Those who live in Fairfax, Haymarket, Gainesville or around the area in general... go check out what he's built at 2 Silos.... pretty amazing compound. They also have a distillery on property along with a hotel.

If anyone need to move seats I would encourage getting near the visitor bench/student section. That half of the arena is going to rocking.

I don't know man, based on the past several years, the student section might be the tamest and quietest section in all of EBA.

Students have always been loud and yelling the main problem I see. It’s more about getting them standing and being loud consistently. Students have been yelling and cursing at the other teams. The green machine should keep the students engaged

Are there images yet of what this 'beer garden' will look like? Is it open to the public? Because they are certainly overdue for something like this, especially if it uses the patio area closest to Mason Pond.
