Nope. I hate it. It's reality now, but I hate it.

Coaches should start offering multi-year NIL deals to players, with buyouts that pay money back to the school if the player transfers before the deal’s up. Basically, treat it like a coach’s contract. That way, coaches can stop complaining about having to re-recruit their own guys every offseason.

Yeah, it’s a bigger commitment, but that’s the reality now. The programs that adapt will keep their rosters together, protect their investment, and actually build some loyalty instead of starting from scratch every year.
