Mid-Major Basketball GMs - Does GMU need one, at least 2 A-10 members have them

Big East and A-10 and a few other conferences are unique in that they have major Basketball programs with no competing Div I-A football programs. With Basketball being the sole major sport some have added GM roles to assist in the management and development of their Men (and Women's) BBall programs. Not sure where GMU stands on this.
