One Bedroom Starting at $2279! OMG! That's about three times my "mortgage" on a three story, three bedroom townhouse in the Shenandoah Valley.
Yeah, but how long would the walk to campus be from there?

Plus, what college student needs an apartment to themselves? If you go 2 bedroom and have a roomate, price is much lower.

That's honestly not a bad price
I guess. But my point is that EVERYTHING in No.Va. is "unnecessarily inflated"....the taxes, the home prices and the egos.:sneaky: I am a of native living of No.Va living there from 1963-2001, in essence from as as toddler to adulthood. So. I was pretty accustomed to what things cost But, I moved-out to the Shenandoah Valley after my "9/11 divorce. You don't how much those prices (which seem totally 'normal' to you) seem totally INSANE to me now. And that's just been in the last twenty years or so. . o_O

Quite the fancy apartment complex. Way different than a dorm.

Are we sure he's even paying for it? The university might cover his rent there as part of his scholarship.
You’re right! There’s some partnership there and the players don’t pay for it

Sorry for responding to all of these separately…

It’s right across 123 from campus. Almost everyone who lives there walks or take their scooters.

Yea, it's across the street from the Field House. Great looking apt complex.

Times have changed.... we need these types of good looking apartment complexes to attract high level athletes. I've seen these types of places at Richmond, UMD, UVA, VT, Alabama, LSU... we are way past due for housing options like these.... especially for athletes.

These places all feature modern appliances, game rooms, pools, nice amenities, etc. When recruits come on campus these are the places you show.... not Presidents Park lol.

HAH. Sorry, I meant how long of a walk from the 1/3 price Shenandoah house, not from The Main. 'Twas in jest.

I live right down the street. Mason is almost my backyard.

Should've used the sarcasm font. :geek:

Does the prepaid plan apply to room & board increases? I was thinking it only applied to tuition and fees.
