While the post about VG being the worst shooter in the NCAA is a bit harsh, are we not allowed to post opinion on players if their relatives also post here? Seems a bit silly, also seems silly to basically challenge someone to a fight over a post. Both of you guys need to walk away from the keyboard.

You can think VG is a terrible shooter all you want, but thats just lazy thinking. The fact that Jalen Jenkins looked like a monster last year and now he looks like he couldnt buy a clue, and the sharp decline in every single players play each year they are here should tell you all you need to know.

We are a prime candidate of a team with a good amount of individual talent, but with a complete oaf at the helm. If we added a coach that knew how to do much of anything, we would be drastically better and so would our players. Its a shame to watch guys just leak years of eligibility and waste under the talent mosquito that Hewitt has become.

Nobody does anything well for an extended period of time under Hewitt. Our best shooter, the guy many crowned as Steph Curry lite or Lamar Butler 2.0, the supposed long range sniper, shoots a dismal 27% from 3.

Holloway shoots 27% bc he is our only good shooter and teams zero in on him. Kinda hard to be productive when the idiot in charge builds a roster like 2 year old plays with legos. Imagine if Moore and one other true shooter were consistent threats from outside AND we played thru Thompson..ie inside out, we would see a better product on the offensive side. In summary, our offense is offensive bc it was built by a pea brained idiot.

He has help. Thompson and Moore can score, and so can Jenkins. Coaching, youll get no argument from me with. Its a mix of all the above here, that is leading to alot of our guys maybe outside Thompson looking like they belong more in D2.
