UMass has a 14-1 record and beat St. Joe's by a score of 66-62 on Jan. 8th in Amherst, MA. They beat St. Bonaventure 73-68 in Amherst as well. Their only loss was to Florida State 60-55.

Chaz Williams (Hofstra transfer) is averaging 15.4 ppg, Cady Lalanne is averaging 13.3 ppg/9.0 rpg, Sampson Carter is averaging 11.6 ppg, Raphiael Putney is averaging 11.0 ppg.

Why do I get the feeling you are rooting for this to happen? We all get you hated the hire, Hewitt sucks, you love Coach L, blah, blah, blah. It's obvious you're not happy unless you're unhappy, but try supporting your team even if you hate our coach.

Well as you're probably aware, The Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 makes it illegal to capture, possess, or kill many species of birds, including hummingbirds, without a permit. Contrary to popular belief, it also applies to gulls, as gulls are also protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.

I don't think it's going to be that bad. They are prone to lapses just like we are and go as Chaz goes. Of I were Hewitt I would start our own Mighty Mouse, who won't be giving up any size to Williams and is our best on ball defender anyway.

We will probably lose, but it'll be a close game until they pull away late and win by about 15 as we foul trying I launch a late comeback.
