Whats the point of NCAA basketball. Does anyone believe big schools with 20 million dollar payrolls are going to lose to so called mid major schools with1 to 5 million dollar payrolls. Nice to see an upset here are there, but common on, what nonsense. Just watched Illinois thrash vcu. Their team is composed of 7 foot European pros. My guess is most of them are making millions. What ever happened to college students who really cared about their school. Yes times have changed but something needs to be done about this NIL bulls.. I guess ill just stick to the pros, at least there is some sense of parity. Mid major schools should play strictly in the NIT, and let the P4/5 schools take center stage in the NCAA. Seems logical to me. But what the heck do I know.
