Miami of Ohio will get in. Meaning the MAC will get 2 teams in now. They will be stealing Auburn, Missouri, vcu or SMU's spot.

Agreed - 31-0 regular season has to be a default entry into NCAAT.

And I think it is completely fair to put them in the 1st four and against Auburn if Auburn is in. That will be the most hostile crowd Auburn has ever seen.

Health related. 2 of their starters are hurt or on game minute limits. Big chance both of those guys come back to VT next year and be their center pieces so the risk / reward for this tournament just doesn't make sense to play in it in their eyes.

Hopefully they lose their first and only game of the 2026 NCAA tournament.

Toot bad Dayton couldn't knock them off. Pretty sure that vcu would have gotten a bid either way and the way they played through much of second half convinced me that currently they have the best chance to win an NCAA game (not that I'm rooting for that). Would have been nice to get 3 A10 teams in the NCAAs.
