Improve Mason home game experience discussion

My one complaint—very Mason-like—is the Spirit merchandise trailer location. It’s at the south entrance, but most fans park in Lot K and enter through the north entrance. Casual fans aren’t checking social media to know it even exists. It really should be parked outside the box office where the majority of fans pass through.

I did hear an announcement during vcu game to go at halftime.

It was raining yesterday while waiting in line to get into EBA for the vcu game. I think Mason Athletics next time should put up some tents at all of the EBA entrances so that fans don't have to stand outside in the rain.

Also, sell coffee/hot chocolate, and have food trucks outside EBA. That would be another revenue stream aside from the gear trailer.

We were sitting in the car, and my son was going crazy trying to get me out in the rain. We waited until 11:01 and then walked right in. He was worried a thousand people would be desperate for the rally towels. I don't know what's it like to get to the gold room but there was no need for anyone else to be standing in line.
