Debbie Taneyhill has been hired as an assistant coach for GMU Women's basketball.

She used to play on the GMU Women's team from 1988-1992, was an assistant coach and associate head coach for GMU from 1992-1997, and was the GMU head coach from 1997-2008.

Recently, she often served on the ESPN+ announcing team for the Mason home women's games--did the analysis/color commentator for Steve Kolbe's play-by-play.
