Definitely support this hire. He knows what’s possible at Mason.
We need someone that actually coaches and develops players like Coach L. Our last three hires styles were like watching demolition derby. Undisciplined and reckless basketball. I prefer a coach that emphasizes half court defense. Defense keeps you in games against superior talent. Get guys that come here and stay and develop. If Skinn is that guy, great. Jason Williford would be a home run too

Great idea! And maybe we all cc nena and Zack bolno on the emails just so they all get the point? And actually read potentially.
Whatever your preferred form of communication is (social, email, letter) please make it a point to have your voice be heard. The administration needs to know that we're fed up and wont continue to put up with the status quo.
Should we also state we need to figure out the AD situation and maybe overhaul the AD top to bottom to get it where it needs to be? Seems like an opportunity for a total transformation.

Also, please figure out the AD situation and maybe overhaul the athletic department from top to bottom in order to get it where it needs to be (competitive with the rest of the A-10 in all sports).

at this point GMU needs contingency plans - 2 of them at least
a) one for if KE leaves; and
b) one for if KE stays
That's because that email (president@gmu.edu) does not go directly to Dr. Washington and instead is likely monitored by an intern. If you want to make your voice heard I'd suggest using his work email, which I believe is: gwashin@gmu.edu
I'll be writing him tomorrow to encourage him to pull all the stops to bring Skinn aboard.

Guys, there is no need to hound the president or anyone else about hiring Skinn. They know how much the fanbase loves Skinn and is getting all due consideration in this process. They have heard the fanbase loud in clear on the various issues. They are extremely busy finishing up the process of hiring our next coach. I am confident the coach they hire will meet with overwhelming approval by the fanbase. I suggest you give them some breathing room to finish this up. Give them the opportunity to show you they are newly dedicated to our program with their actions.
