Must be nice.Saint Louis crushing UGA right now.
How tf did we beat both vcu and SLU T_T

Other than Dayton, we beat every team in the A10 still playing
Agreed.SLU beat Georgia by 35 points. More than they beat any A10 team.
I know many here hate vcu and I don’t blame you. But not only getting multiple A10 teams in the tourney but also then getting multiple teams to the round of 32 in this NIL age is one hell of an accomplishment.
We are in a legit conference it seems.
I think both wins can push the A10 in the conversation of being 3 bidAgreed.
Although I'm not a fan of vcu, I'm pleased that they advanced and hopefully impressed the committee that the A10 is worthy of multiple bids on a regular basis. What the rams did against UNC was remarkable. I think that if truth be told, most us felt that in the last month of the season vcu was the best team in the conference and deserved an invite even if they had lost to Dayton in the championship game.
Rooting against vcu in the NCAAs only makes us look like a deeply envious fan base, too small to appreciate the continued excellence that they have achieved. We're not there yet, but I think (hope?) we're on our way.
Wilson prob got half of that and he was out.UNC....WOW....How the f do you blow this. Epic collapse. vcu just finds ways to win over the years, unreal.
UNC - The $14+ million NIL payroll places UNC among the top-spending programs in college basketball.
vcu - vcu plans to allocate roughly $4 to $5 million annually for player compensation starting in the 2025-2026 school year.
Yep, most of our distain for vcu is jealousy and envy. Once/if we even things up with them, I think some of that will go away.Agreed.

No chance. Maybe for some people, but I’ll never like their fans, their school, or anything about them. The only upside to them winning is that it helps the conference.Yep, most of our distain for vcu is jealousy and envy. Once/if we even things up with them, I think some of that will go away.
And just to be clear, I'll never root for vcu either. But giving them their due (stating reality), as much as I hate even to do that, isn't rooting for them.I’ll never root for vcu. Never. Don’t care that I have met nice fans lately. I’ll compliment their program where it’s due or their players but I will always root for them to lose by 50.
Gw is more of online trolling. My neighbor in Arlington is an alum and a good friend of mine and very reasonable.
I agree with that. Most GW Alumni I know are great people. They also aren't big basketball fans though, so I was simply referring to their new 'basketball fan base' that is most visible. GW is also a very different complicated school than a vcu where honestly it's just what it is. A school driven behind it's identity as a hoops school.I’ll never root for vcu. Never. Don’t care that I have met nice fans lately. I’ll compliment their program where it’s due or their players but I will always root for them to lose by 50.
