Via Matt Norlander of CBS Sports, the Atlantic 10 and American have agreed to a multi-year scheduling partnership lasting through at least the 2026-27 and 2027-28 seasons. This partnership, intended to boost the non-conference schedules of high-profile programs in each league, will begin next...www.a10talk.com
Not a terrible idea--conference needs to work on trying to get a better non-con schedule. But a drop in the bucket.
USF and Memphis mentioned for the first year currently are Kenpom 52 and 130 in the 10th ranked American.
This year in that conference, the only other sub-100 teams are Tulsa and Wichita St (58 and 88 respectively). A10 has 5 isub-100 including Mason, GW, Dayton, vcu, and SLU in reverse hierarchy.
Frank pulls it offUMass giving Miami all they can handle right now.
Not going to happen. They should still make it as an at large. Not making it would be a travesty if they put in like Auburn and leave them out
GW benefits from some non-calls, wins by 4. Once again, poorer seed wins. We need to stop this trend NOW!GW up double digits but still plenty of time for the Colonials to Munson/Caputo this one.
Conventional wisdom from tv analysts--MAC is now a 2 bid league given that Miami is in as an at-large. One less spot for a bubble team. They should still make it as an at large. Not making it would be a travesty if they put in like Auburn and leave them out
Miami of Ohio will get in. Meaning the MAC will get 2 teams in now. They will be stealing Auburn, Missouri, vcu or SMU's spot. They should still make it as an at large. Not making it would be a travesty if they put in like Auburn and leave them out
Check out their schedule. Very week. They aren't getting in.Miami of Ohio will get in. Meaning the MAC will get 2 teams in now. They will be stealing Auburn, Missouri, vcu or SMU's spot.
