I would guess that a promotion gets them additional increase in salary that might not be available otherwise.
We might the only program with that many Associate Head Coaches.
The womens staff have this too. It’s just a title and salary bump. Means nothing operationally.

Yeah two promotions makes me worried about losing Curran.
Curran is returning
