Interestingly, both coaches have been mentioned as possible candidates for the opening at my alma mater (Penn State) -

"There was a time when Penn State was viewed as one of the elite women’s basketball programs in the country. The Nittany Lions went to the Final Four in 2000 and own 13 Sweet 16 trips and eight Big Ten titles. But Penn State hasn’t been to the NCAA Tournament since 2014 and hasn’t had a winning record in Big Ten play since 2017.
Is there a coach who can restore Penn State to the level it used to be at? Is there one that can turn it into a consistently winning program again?
Here’s a few coaches that Penn State might turn to next.
Vanessa Blair-Lewis, George Mason head coach
Blair-Lewis really has won everywhere she’s been. She captured conference titles at Mount St. Mary’s, guided Bethune-Cookman to four seasons of 20 wins or more and took the Wildcats to their first NCAA Tournament, and then last season coached George Mason to its first March Madness appearance. The Patriots are once again eyeing another NCAA Tournament berth as they’re seeded second in the Atlantic-10 Tournament. Someone like Blair-Lewis, who has a long history of winning at places where it's difficult to do so — and someone who has deep roots in and connections to a fertile recruiting ground like the DMV — could be attractive to Penn State."
