This game is like watching vcu redux—get overwhelmed and give up massive runs, battle back, get overwhelmed again, wash, repeat.

Pretty clear that if no one grows into the PG role this team will be limited. Not landing one of the transfer targets is stinging us. We could really have used someone to help control the pace of this game.

Also 14 turnovers from the starters is not a good look.

Been a fan for years and was hoping KE was the answer. This team will be lucky to go .500.

Good news is our soft boys won’t have to play many teams nearly as physical as Auburn again. Weird we are one of the oldest teams in CBB but might be one of the softest as well yet again. Only time Oduro attempts to be physical he fouls obviously. Not sure what the game plan was. Still think we will be good in the A10 but damn they need someone to nut up on this team

So many TO's. Tough environment to play in - but still. A loss is fine - but hoped for one that would give GMU fans some confidence to expect a good year. Not what we got tonight.

I mean, Auburn is the #15 team for a reason.

Lost all of 1 game at home last season.
First game without their two best players from last year and without their second best player this year. But I do agree with you. Startling how lost we looked for 29 mins with a really experienced team
