Season ticket issues

For those who have season tickets - are the tickets showing in your account?

I have season tickets for mens and womens, but the only "events" showing in my account are 6 random mens home games. Inquiries to ticket office have not yet been responded to. Don't want to pester them if its a normal issue and just part of the process, but it has been like this for a couple weeks and I'm trying to send my neighbor the exhibition tickets.

i have the 10 vouchers
i specified the first 9 vouchers
that allocation shows in my account

i have had 3 of those tix in my account since last week
i was told the other tix would be added to my account on last Friday
but they are not there

the ticket office person told me that they were late because they got the A-10 schedule late
(which does not explain why he OOC tix are not ready)

same here. only 6 games showing. Tulane, Davidson, UMass, GW, Rhode Island, and St. Joes.

If they just continued with the ticket booklets none of this shit would be an issue.

I'm guessing ticket office is going to be a shit show prior to first game, as it was last year, while everyone tries to get their tickets to work #wherefrustrationistradition

Also trying to get clarification if I'll have the opportunity to buy Duke tickets so I can decide whether to pull the trigger on resale tickets

Just got off the phone with the guy at the ticket office, and he sounded higher than a kite. Annoyed because I pay extra for paper tickets and he has no idea when they'll even be mailed out.

The "random" tickets that are currently visible are the tickets that are part of the mini plans. They had to make them visible early in order to put the mini plans on sale. The rest of our tickets will still show up as normal when the time comes.

I couldn't find the exact date when I posted a few minutes ago, but now I found it... Tickets will be available and enabled tomorrow (assuming you paid your bills )

Glad this was brought up. I was wondering the same thing. Should we have tickets for the exhibition game this Saturday as part of our season ticket package? Last I heard from the ticket office was that it was included. I'm assuming it's a ticketed event?

Thanks, and thanks to Verdad for starting this posting. I was getting nervous about the lack of comms coming from the ticket folks, especially after the confusing letter they sent. Makes me really appreciate having Mason Hoops to rely on for info that isn't coming out from Mason.

Maybe the passes will be electronic this year ... Ah, what an I thinking. It's not like Mason is some sort of innovation hub, technology minded, or trend setting university with the capability to use electronic means to allow people behind a curtain.

I'm not even a lefty and I think it would be great to save the planet just a little by getting rid of the paper green/gold room passes and put them on a phone with everything else, but what do I know?

Seemingly tickets are late every year, although some of the issue (if not most of it) might be on the Ticketmaster end from my understanding.

Well whenever I buy tickets from ticketmaster they appear immediately in the ticket master ap, so I'm doubting that to be the case. If it is, it would still be on Mason for partnering with and paying a vendor who can't deliver.

Don't have this experience buying tickets from literally anywhere else.
