"McLEAN, Va. -- A student expelled from George Mason University for violating its sexual misconduct policy is suing in federal court to clear his name, arguing that an encounter with a girlfriend was sadomasochistic role playing, not sexual assault.

A hearing in the case is scheduled for Friday in Alexandria. The ex-student has sued under a pseudonym to protect his privacy. The university is demanding he identify himself publicly, despite arguments that doing so would expose not only him but the woman who says she was assaulted."

If the story is true...just another example of certain elements of the Mason administration more worried about being PC than what the truth is. Obviously the student panel felt nothing of substance could found, so what made this Dean over ride?

What I find most interesting....is she isnt even a student at Mason. How can a 3rd party outside the University make a complaint like that? Other than it happened in his dorm room, and that may be the key, wouldn't this open the door to anyone "wronged" by a Mason student to start filing complaints?

Finally, its very embarrassing that Mason's best defense is to ask the student to release his name for embarrassment, even thought they essentially already know his name from the student hearing and the expulsion by the administration.....

The real important question to be answered from all of this - Escorts now make house calls to Mason dorm rooms? We have arrived!

The article says she's a student: "'If Jane Roe (the pseudonym for the unidentified female student) were not a female complaining of sexual assault, her testimony would not have been credited over John Doe's given the evidence corroborating John Doe's explanation of their BDSM relationship and the material concessions Jane Roe made at the hearing,' the student's lawyers wrote in their complaint."

How does KA know that she isn't a Mason student?

Another question . So specific sex acts can break the University sexual harassment policy? What is the scope of the exclusions? Does it include?

1.) putting the tip in for longer than 10 seconds?

2.) donkey punching?

3.) leather straps or chains? (Silk or cotton allowed)

4.) are ankles only allowed in front of the ears not behind them?

5.) is hot chocolate allowed? Or is it only hot wax that is prohibited? Unless it contradicts food safety laws?

6.) is getting a mustache ride considered sexual harassment of it results in razor burn or "chafing"?

7.) are we still allowed to pull on pony tails ? Long hair? Bridles? benoit balls? Beads?

8.) bukkake parties?

This opens a whole big can of worms- where are the lines?

The Prosecution: "Is it true that you stuffed a Jai Lewis replica dildo up the victim's rectum without the consent of Ms. Roe?"

The Defendant: "But she didn't say the safe word so I assumed she liked it."

The Prosecution: "Ms. Roe was unable to say the "safe word" due to a ball gag being strapped to her mouth."

The Defendant: "Pics or it didn't happen right?"

It never says whether she is or isn't. Said the incident happened in HIS dorm room. I guess we can infer she is because she appealed when he was found innocent by the 3 person panel. But it never says in the story "fellow student".

Ok it wasnt me. It never got around sort of mention that would tie her to the school. Fellow student, female student, nothing....which would have been the usual MO if she was the "victim"....

Anybody have a clue on how she was harmed? I assume this as all consensual.

http://studentconduct.onmason.com/university-policies/code-of-student-conduct/:

"12. Sexual Misconduct – Any attempt or actual unwanted sexual contact, physical or nonphysical, in the absence of clear and voluntary consent. Clear and voluntary consent is consent that is given freely and actively in mutually understandable words or actions that indicate a willingness to participate in mutually agreed upon sexual activity. Consent is not clear or voluntary if it results from the use of physical force, threats, intimidation, or coercion. It is a violation of policy to have sexual contact with someone who is known to be, or should reasonably be known to be incapable of making a rational, reasonable decision."

Per the article:

"The sexual misconduct allegations at George Mason stem from an October 2013 encounter with the couple in the male student's dorm room on the Fairfax campus. At one point, according to the lawsuit, she pushed him away but didn't invoke her safe word. Later that night, the two engaged in a second sex act, in which the male student asked her if she was interested, and she replied, 'I don't know.'"

She didn't say no or attempt to leave the room. She said I don't know. How many times have we heard that when asking a young lady if she is interested in getting the shocker. She hung around for a second sex act. Afterwards she decides it was sexual harassment.

Holy retroactive f**k overs Batman.

And women complain why men would prefer porn.
