I agree with this whole heartedly. No reason to not showcase a rematch of last years finals.
I feel like picking Mason based on merit they still would qualify for a home game. But I honestly have no idea. I think Fordham and even St Joes have gotten home games, so if they can, Mason should be a candidate too.
Id rather it sound like a road game and hear a lot of cheering / back and forth, than ESPN come in for a game where it sounds like a library, lol.

I remember when Doug Gotlieb announced one of our games on ESPN2 he told one of the Patriot Platoon members the letters on their sign wouldn’t show up on tv and it needed to be thicker/bigger with a sharpie.
On paper, this roster has the potential to be better than last year's. They can all break down a defender and make a play. Something this team's needed on droves against the better teams on the last year's schedule.
Iirc, I believe it's on USA. I would hope that world also bring the hype, but we'll see.
Perhaps GMU will play Davidson in the OOC.

They might as well not play them. D2 and D3 don't count in the NET and it only lowers their SOS.
