Are Ticket Prices Rising (for most Men's BBall Programs) as a result of the House Settlement?

GMU Men's BBall season tickets prices are rising - for at least the lower level seats.
Last Season my Tix were $99 with no Patriot Club contribution.
This season those seats are $200 - composed of $150 for the tix and a $50 Patriot Club Contribution.

I don't have any hard evidence - yet - but I feel like most programs will have substantial price increases as schedules are set and ticket availability is announced.
I feel like I am about to find out what is the Price Elasticity for demand for dc area College Basketball tix

Last Seasons Ticket Prices
GMU $10/seat/game - Via the Voucher purchase program
GWU $10/game -a friend has 2 season tix and i buy the games i want for $10 each
25-26 GWU Season tix stay the same price - Section 209
Georgetown - $20/game - this is my last year of a 5-year contract - 50 tix, guaranteed lower level, min 10 tix/season - $1000
Howard - MEAC Doubleheaders, Men and Women - $17 with the Senior Citizen Discount regular price of $30/game

Something tells me I may be sitting in the General Admission Section a lot this season

From the Kentucky article -
" This move comes a week after Kentucky announced it will phase out employee and faculty ticket discounts, and require full-price tickets for children, regardless of age; previously, Kentucky charged a $10 fee for children to sit in the laps of their parents for football and men’s basketball games. UK said the changes are a result of the financial realities of the House Settlement, inflation, and other rising costs, which are expected to add $20–$30 million annually to UK Athletics’ budget. One positive change: no more hidden fees. Ticket prices will include all fees up front. "

Wow. Just saw my invoice for the coming season. Decision time for the first time in my life. I used to just pay without giving it much thought. Keep what I have and get screwed, pay less and lose primo seats, or just watch on ESPN+? Add in the Gold Room costs and I'm out a lot more than previous seasons. It's going to be a tough one. A lot will depend on my friend, not a Mason graduate, but who has attended every home game with me for 20+ years. Doubt he's going to be happy with the increase.
