    Great job by Coach Paulsen in hiring 3 excellent assistants! I'm assuming that there will not be a Director for Player Development. BTW, Dane Fischer's wife is also impressive - see http://www.gomason.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=25200&ATCLID=210046492:

    Not sure that would be legal. I don't believe staff outside of assistant coaches would be allowed to work directly with the players in this capacity.

    Vaughn Jones starred at George Washington and won consecutive DCIAA titles coaching at Coolidge earlier this decade. Duane Simpkins, who played at Maryland, is an assistant at George Mason after starting his coaching career at Sidwell Friends and St. Albans. Joe Wootten has been the head coach at O’Connell since 1999. Chris Parsons was recently named an assistant coach at UNC Greensboro."
