new name for 2021. BJ Mack
He’s not a 2021. He’s transferring from South Florida.
I just saw that https://gousfbulls.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/b-j-mack/11858
new name for 2021 Markus Ilver 6'8"
I hope this is the right guy.
According to that article, Clemson and UMD are already scouting him, too...
Dibs! We called it first!
I don't know. Shoots from the waist.
Where's the beef these days? Find me a Jai Lewis.
Yeah his release point is low, but it seems decently quick. I like recruiting the Euro kids. In the days of everyone transfers they seem to stay put. He isn’t our missing puzzle piece by any stretch of the imagination, but I can see a big man with an outside shot carving out some minutes in our team 2-3 years from now.
There is no way he ends up here with offers from Clemson and Maryland so don't worry about it.
He doesn't have offers from them...yet. We are his first offer.
since the thread police here uphold us to certain standards, I am reposting this under the 2021 thread... looks like this kid Markus Ilver has effortless range.
Born in April of 2000. 20 years old already. Wow.
Markus Ilver just got an offer from St. Bonaventure.
he must be on the verge of getting more attention. Bonaventure is usually in early on guys too.
Daddy said hold his beer.
One of our priority recruits for 2021, 6-9 combo F Rafael Castro, has now picked up offers from Seton Hall, Dayton, VCU and UMass.
We’re fishing in deep water on this one, but we were his first offer from other than low majors. Let’s hope that means something.
If we regularly landed kids with that level offer sheet, 70% of my issues would be gone with our current situation.
We’ve never regularly landed kids with offers like that. Doesn’t mean we can’t, but if that’s the standard, you’re gonna stay disappointed.
